【Abstract】 The construction of national regional medical centers is a key initiative for implementing the Health China strategy and an important approach to optimizing the distribution of healthcare resources and improving regional healthcare capacity.Taking a case hospital as the research subject,this study explores the practical model,achievements,and implications of national regional medical center construction under the leadership of Party building.The findings indicate that by establishing a four-dimensional collaborative management model encompassing political leadership,organizational leadership,cultural leadership,and integrated leadership,the case hospital effectively promoted the expansion and extension of high-quality medical resources,enhanced healthcare service capacity,and strengthened its regional influence.更多还原
