上海市22所公立医院骨科专利现状与转化趋势研究

【摘要】 目的:分析上海市公立医院骨科专利现状、转化趋势及影响因素,探讨存在的问题并提出改进建议,为完善专利运营、推动创新转化提供参考。方法:检索IncoPat全球专利数据库,获取22所上海公立医院2014年1月1日至2023年12月31日的骨科专利数据,提取专利类型、首次公开日和转让次数等信息,并结合典型案例分析。结果:共获取骨科专利5911件,其中授权专利3333件、医工合作专利715件。专利集中在骨科用钢板、矫形器械等领域,整体授权率56.4%、转化率8.4%。医工合作专利的授权率和转化率均高于非合作专利,医工合作主体包括大学、科研院所及企业。结论:专利转化受医工合作、医疗政策及运营管理体系等影响。建议强化医工融合与对外协作,建立创新联合体和概念验证中心,完善专利运营“一站式”支持团队,建立多维度专利价值评价机制。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the current status,transformation trends,and influencing factors of orthopedic patents in public hospitals in Shanghai,identify existing problems,and propose improvement suggestions to support patent operation and innovation transformation.Methods:The IncoPat global patent database was searched to obtain orthopedic patent data from 22 public hospitals in Shanghai between January 1,2014 and December 31,2023.Information such as patent types,first publication dates,and transfer frequency was extracted,and typical cases were analyzed.Results:A total of 5,911 orthopedic patents were identified,including 3,333 granted patents and 715 patents resulting from medical–engineering collaboration.Patents were mainly concentrated in areas such as orthopedic plates and orthopedic devices.The overall authorization rate was 56.4%,and the transformation rate was 8.4%.Patents involving medical–engineering collaboration demonstrated higher authorization and transformation rates compared with non-collaborative patents.Collaborative entities included universities,research institutes,and enterprises.Conclusion:Patent transformation is influenced by factors such as medical–engineering collaboration,healthcare policies,and operational management systems.It is recommended to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and external partnerships,establish innovation consortia and proof-of-concept centers,improve one-stop patent operation support teams,and develop multidimensional patent value evaluation mechanisms.
