【摘要】 以北京市某大型综合三甲医院大兴院区建设实践为研究对象，从基本情况、分院区建设举措、建设成效等方面展开研究。通过深入分析大兴院区在党委统一领导、大部制管理、临床科室核心组派驻、医疗管理模式创新、信息化支撑及区域辐射等方面的实践举措，总结其在医疗质量、医疗效率、职能部门满意度、区域辐射能力及医院影响力提升等方面取得的成效，探讨分院区发展的关键要素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the development practice of the Daxing Branch of a large Grade Ⅲ Level A general hospital in Beijing as the research object,this study examines basic conditions,branch campus development measures,and development outcomes.Through an in-depth analysis of practices including unified leadership by the Party committee,large-department management,deployment of core clinical teams,innovation in medical management models,information technology support,and regional outreach,the study summarizes achievements in medical quality,medical efficiency,satisfaction of functional departments,regional service capacity,and enhancement of hospital influence,and explores the key factors underpinning successful branch campus development.更多还原
