【摘要】 目的：了解某高校附属医院国际合作机构建设现状和存在的挑战，为医院的国际化和高质量发展提供策略建议。方法：2023年12月采用自制调查问卷和访谈提纲对某高校6所附属医院进行问卷调查和个人深入访谈，利用描述性统计分析相关数据。结果：6所附属医院只有2所对医院国际合作工作职责有公开详细的阐述，其余阐述均较为简单。6所医院共计有13名国际合作相关工作人员，每所医院工作人员的数量从1至3人不等。国际合作相关工作人员以兼职人员为主，大部分具备英语或者医学相关专业背景，大部分有海外经历。访谈还发现医院国际合作相关工作人员缺少对口能力提升培训并面临院内工作协调机制不流畅等问题。结论：目前高校附属医院主要面临国际合作人才梯队建设和培训体系不完善及院内工作协调机制不健全的问题，需要提高院内对医院国际合作工作重要性的认识、建设院级专职国际合作人才梯队、构建医院和科室的国际合作工作网络、健全国际合作工作机制、完善国际合作人才培训体系以提升医院国际化能力和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the current status and challenges of building international cooperation institution in affiliated hospitals of a university, and to provide strategic suggestions for the hospital’s internationalization and high-quality development. Methods: In December 2023, a self-designed questionnaire and interview outline were used to conduct a questionnaire survey and in-depth individual interviews in six affiliated hospitals of a university. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the relevant data. Results: Among the six affiliated hospitals, only two provided publicly available and detailed descriptions of the responsibilities related to international cooperation, while the remaining hospitals offered only brief statements. A total of 13 staff members were engaged in international cooperation-related work across the six hospitals, with each hospital having between one and three staff members. Most staff members were part-time, and the majority had backgrounds in English or medical-related fields, with many having overseas experience. Interviews further revealed that staff members lacked targeted capacity-building training and faced challenges due to uncoordinated internal collaboration mechanisms. Conclusion: Currently, university-affiliated hospitals mainly face problems such as incomplete talent echelon development and training systems for international cooperation, as well as inadequate internal coordination mechanisms. It is necessary to raise awareness of the importance of international cooperation within hospitals, establish hospital-level full-time talent teams for international cooperation, build networks for international cooperation at both the hospital and departmental levels, improve internal mechanisms for international cooperation, and refine training systems to enhance hospitals’ capacity and level of internationalization.更多还原
