中医药靶向线粒体功能障碍治疗失神经肌萎缩的研究进展
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine targeting mitochondrial dysfunction in the treatment of denervated muscle atrophy
【摘要】 周围神经损伤导致骨骼肌功能丧失、肌肉骨骼系统的衰弱,严重影响生活质量,并给家庭和社会带来经济负担。线粒体的功能障碍是导致失神经肌萎缩的重要因素。中医药因其安全性高、不良反应小等优点受到国内外学者广泛关注。中医药通过调节线粒体生物发生、线粒体动力学及自噬、抑制炎症、减轻氧化应激治疗骨骼肌萎缩。本文基于线粒体功能障碍对近年来中医药干预失神经肌萎缩相关研究进行总结,以期为中医药治疗骨骼肌萎缩提供新思路。
【Abstract】 Peripheral nerve injury leads to loss of skeletal muscle function and weakness of the musculoskeletal system,which seriously affects the quality of life and brings economic burden to families and society.Mitochondrial dysfunction is an important factor leading to denervated muscle atrophy. Traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad due to its advantages of high safety and few adverse reactions. TCM treats skeletal muscle atrophy by regulating mitochondrial biogenesis,mitochondrial dynamics and autophagy,inhibiting inflammation and reducing oxidative stress. Based on mitochondrial dysfunction,this paper summarizes the relevant research on TCM intervention in denervated muscle atrophy in recent years,aiming to provide new ideas for TCM treatment of skeletal muscle atrophy.
