【Abstract】 Peripheral nerve injury leads to loss of skeletal muscle function and weakness of the musculoskeletal system,which seriously affects the quality of life and brings economic burden to families and society.Mitochondrial dysfunction is an important factor leading to denervated muscle atrophy. Traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad due to its advantages of high safety and few adverse reactions. TCM treats skeletal muscle atrophy by regulating mitochondrial biogenesis,mitochondrial dynamics and autophagy,inhibiting inflammation and reducing oxidative stress. Based on mitochondrial dysfunction,this paper summarizes the relevant research on TCM intervention in denervated muscle atrophy in recent years,aiming to provide new ideas for TCM treatment of skeletal muscle atrophy.更多还原
