AI技术与精准营养融合的畜牧业升级路径及研究进展

【摘要】 在当前畜牧生产中,饲料资源匮乏、环境压力加剧及动物福利要求提升等问题日益突出,亟需推动养殖模式向高效安全与可持续发展方向转型升级。目前,人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术与精准营养理念融合,可为推动畜牧业绿色发展和提质增效提供新的解决途径。本文综述了AI技术与畜禽精准营养融合的必要性,重点解析了传感器与物联网、大数据与云计算、机器学习与深度学习以及智能机器人等AI技术在动物健康监测、数据分析与精准饲喂中的应用现状,并提出AI技术与精准营养融合所面临的挑战及未来发展方向,以期为AI智能养殖技术和精准营养协同促进畜牧业高质量发展提供新思路。

【Abstract】 In modern livestock production, prominent challenges including feed resource shortage, growing environmental stress and escalating animal welfare requirements urgently drive the transformation of breeding patterns toward highefficiency, safe and sustainable development. The combination of artificial intelligence and precision nutrition provides novel approaches to advancing green development and enhancing the production efficiency and product quality of livestock farming. This paper first discusses the necessity of integrating artificial intelligence into livestock and poultry precision nutrition systems. It mainly analyzes the current applications of sensing and Internet of Things, big data and cloud computing,machine learning and deep learning, as well as intelligent robots in animal health monitoring, data mining and precise feeding management. Additionally, existing limitations and future development trends of the integrated technology are summarized.The study intends to offer references for the synergistic progress of AI-enabled smart breeding and precision nutrition, so as to facilitate the high-quality development of the livestock industry.
