马铃薯疮痂病和大白菜软腐病室内药剂筛选
Laboratory screening of fungicides against potato scab and Chinese cabbage soft rot
【摘要】 为初步筛选对马铃薯疮痂病和大白菜软腐病有防治潜力的杀菌剂,本研究通过室内平板抑菌试验和离体防效试验,比较了化学杀菌剂(非铜)、铜制剂和生物杀菌剂共34种药剂对马铃薯疮痂病和大白菜软腐病的防治效果。结果表明,生物杀菌剂与铜制剂离体防效均显著高于化学杀菌剂(非铜)。针对马铃薯疮痂病和大白菜软腐病,防效最优的生物杀菌剂均为1000亿芽孢·g-1枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂(离体防效分别为77.67%和83.53%),防效最优的铜制剂均为80%波尔多液可湿性粉剂(离体防效分别为71.88%和78.46%)。综上,1000亿芽孢·g-1枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂和80%波尔多液可湿性粉剂可作为防治2种病害的优先选择药剂;田间筛选马铃薯疮痂病和大白菜软腐病防治药剂时,应优先考虑生物杀菌剂和铜制剂,为2种病害的绿色高效防控提供科学支撑。
【Abstract】 To preliminarily screen fungicides with potential control effects against potato common scab and Chinese cabbage soft rot, this study compared the control efficacy of 34 fungicides(including non-copper chemical fungicides,copper-based fungicides and biological fungicides)against the two diseases through indoor plate antibacterial tests and in vitro control efficacy tests. The results showed that the in vitro control efficacy of biological fungicides and copper-based fungicides were significantly higher than that of non-copper chemical fungicides. For potato scab and Chinese cabbage soft rot, the most effective biological fungicide was 1000 billion CFU·g-1Bacillus subtilis wettable powder(in vitro control efficacy of 77.67% and 83.53%, respectively), and the most effective copper based fungicide was 80%bordeaux mixture wettable powder(in vitro control efficacy of 71.88% and 78.46%, respectively). In conclusion,1000 billion CFU·g-1Bacillus subtilis wettable powder and 80% bordeaux mixture wettable powder can be used as the preferred fungicides for the control of the two diseases. Priority should be given to biological fungicides and copper-based fungicides in field fungicide screening for potato scab and Chinese cabbage soft rot, which provides scientific support for the green and efficient management of the two diseases.
