【摘要】 数智背景下护理职业教育实践技能教学模式的创新，既是对护理行业数智化变革的积极回应，也是破解传统实践技能教学瓶颈的必由之路。本文立足数智时代高职护理实践技能教学“技术-教育-人文”三维转型的必要性和挑战性，创新提出“技术-教育-人文”互动视角下“双境三梯四环”高职护理实践技能教学策略，即技术赋能，完善高逼真的虚拟训练环境与真实临床环境双境衔接，完成“学-练-用”能力进阶；教育重构，通过“教师转化-学生进化-评价优化”三梯度协同推进“教-学-评”过程完善；人文融合，以“智能情境嵌入-情感连接增强-多维评价反馈-个性人文引导”四环联动助力人文素养“融-育-化”渐进塑造，以期为培养数智时代“德技兼修”的高素质护理人才提供有价值的路径参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The innovation of practical skill teaching mode in nursing vocational education under the digital-intelligent background is not only a positive response to the digital-intelligent transformation of the nursing industry, but also an essential path to break through the bottlenecks of traditional practical skills teaching. Based on the necessities and challenges of the three-dimensional transformation of "technology-education-humanities" in practical skills teaching of higher vocational nursing in the digital-intelligent era, this paper innovatively proposes an innovative teaching strategies of "dual-environment, three-step, four-link" for practical skills in higher vocational nursing from the interactive perspective of "technology-education-humanities". It constructs a technology empowerment path to achieve the connection between high-fidelity virtual training environments and real clinical environments, and complete the progression of "learning-training-applying". It builds an education reconstruction path to promote the process of "teaching-learning-evaluation" through the three-step collaborative advancement of "teacher transformation-student evolution-evaluation optimization". It builds a humanities integration path to enhance humanistic literacy through the four-ling interaction of embedding humanistic design into intelligent scenarios, deepening emotional connection of intelligent devices, upgrading multi-dimensional intelligent evaluation, and driving personalized humanistic guidance with big data, these four aspects work together to gradually shape humanistic literacy through "integration-education-transformation".
