基于人工智能混合技术的针灸学系列课程教学改革探讨
Exploration of teaching reforms in acupuncture and moxibustion curriculum integrating hybrid artificial intelligence technologies
【摘要】 目的 近年来人工智能技术逐渐引起了教学范式的颠覆式变革,给针灸学系列课程的教学内容和方式发展带来了巨大机遇。针对传统中医针灸教学模式存在的问题,本文旨在探索人工智能技术发展背景下针灸教学的改革路径,推动针灸学课程的高质量发展。方法 本文以CNKI数据库为数据源,采用VOSviewer和CiteSpace(6.3.R1)软件进行文献计量学可视化分析,对近25年来的针灸教学改革的文章进行可视化分析与归纳,并通过系统归纳的问题进一步提出基于人工智能技术的课程改革方案。结果 文献分析发现人工智能背景下的教学改革主要围绕新医科、虚拟现实、“互联网+”、数据挖掘等方面展开。针对传统中医针灸教学模式存在的理论抽象、实践资源不足、评价体系单一等问题,本文提出基于人工智能技术的课程改革方案:通过构建基于人工智能混合技术的多主体协同育人教学体系,设计虚实结合的混合式教学模式,并将其融入针灸教学课程,以期为该课程的教学提升和改革提供新的思路与方法。结论 中医药教育数字化转型的必然趋势下,针灸教学课程应通过构建数智技术与传统经验相融合的创新教学模式,形成具有中国特色的现代针灸教育体系。
【Abstract】 Objective In recent years, artificial intelligence has triggered disruptive transformations in teaching paradigms,creating significant opportunities for advancing the content and methods of acupuncture education. Based on the limitations of traditional acupuncture teaching, this study aims to explore a reform strategy for acupuncture education under artificial intelligence-driven development, promoting high-quality acupuncture courses. Methods The CNKI database was used as the primary data source for this study. Bibliometric visualization analysis was performed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace(version 6.3.R1) software. A comprehensive review of literature on acupuncture teaching reforms over the past 25 years was conducted. Based on the systematic review, a curriculum reform plan integrated with artificial intelligence technology was proposed. Results The literature review revealed that teaching reforms in the context of artificial intelligence were primarily focused on New Medical Science, virtual reality, Internet Plus, and data mining.This paper further proposed an artificial intelligence-based curriculum reform strategy to address issues inherent in traditional acupuncture teaching models, such as abstract theoretical instruction, inadequate practical resources, and a simplistic evaluation system. The strategy included constructing a multi-agent collaborative artificial intelligence education system and a blended teaching model integrating virtual and real-world scenarios. By incorporating these into acupuncture courses, an innovative and elevated teaching method and result should be achieved. Conclusion Amid the inevitable digital transformation of traditional Chinese medicine education, acupuncture courses should embrace digital-intelligent technologies and integrate with empirical expertise to establish an indigenized modern acupuncture education system.
