【Abstract】 This article discusses the structural characteristics of the uterine myometrium and the mechanisms by which surgical damage affects fertility. It explores the pathological features of different types of myometrial injury and the underlying causes of fertility decline,proposing key surgical techniques for minimizing myometrial damage and strategies for post-surgical structural reconstruction. The article also discusses the selection of optimal timing for fertility, assisted reproduction strategies,and pregnancy monitoring,with the aim of providing a systematic and standardized fertility preservation plan for clinical practice.更多还原
