硅谷国际科技创新中心的形成机制与经验启示——基于《硅谷指数2025》解析
Formation Mechanism and Experiences of Silicon Valley International Science and Technology Innovation Center:Based on the Analysis of 2025 Silicon Valley Index
【摘要】 本文在解析《硅谷指数2025》核心内容及相关研究和公开数据的基础上,梳理硅谷建设创新生态的关键举措,探索其国际科技创新中心形成的内在机制。研究发现:硅谷凭借开放包容的移民政策、市场导向的产学研协同机制和风险资本驱动的创新循环这三大核心要素,成功孕育出全球顶级科技创新中心,并持续巩固其全球创新标杆地位。基于此,本文从加强政策扶持、深化产学研协同、培育创新生态系统等维度提出相应的对策建议,旨在为我国优化关键要素配置、建设国际科技创新中心提供一定借鉴。
【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of the core content of the 2025 Silicon Valley index, related research, and publicly available data, this paper outlines the key measures taken to build Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem and explores the internal mechanisms behind the formation of its international science and technology innovation center. This study finds that Silicon Valley has successfully cultivated a world-leading science and technology innovation center and continuously consolidated its position as a global innovation benchmark by leveraging three core elements: an open and inclusive immigration policy, a market-oriented industry-academia-research collaboration mechanism, and a venture capital-driven innovation cycle. Based on the above, this paper proposes corresponding policy recommendations from the dimensions of strengthening policy support, deepening industry-academia-research collaboration, and cultivating an innovation ecosystem, aiming to provide valuable insights for China in optimizing the allocation of key elements and building an international science and technology innovation center.
