智慧矿山建设瓶颈的理论反思与实践路径
Theoretical reflection and practical path of the bottleneck of intelligent mine construction
【摘要】 当前智慧矿山建设普遍面临投入产出比低迷、决策支持功能薄弱、数据价值挖掘不足三大突出问题,陷入“高投入、低效益”的发展困境。基于前人提出的“三个世界”模型、“层-级-链”参考模型、“四横三纵”架构及“三一理念”,从认识论与方法论层面系统剖析了智慧矿山建设瓶颈的深层成因。研究指出,认识论上存在本质内涵认知模糊与系统范围认知窄化的缺陷问题;方法论上表现为顶层设计缺位导致建设路径倒置、架构标准缺失阻碍系统协同、“交钥匙”模式制约技术内化与人才培养、推进策略激进激化资源错配和基建数字化空白形成数字化债务等诸多问题。针对这些问题,提出以“统一理念、统一标准、顶层设计”为先导,以“六线为纲、十块为目”为架构,以“智能采掘、试点突破”等为路径的96字方针。研究旨在为行业破解当前建设瓶颈、实现智能跃迁与可持续发展提供理论依据与实践参考。
【Abstract】 At present, the construction of intelligent mines is generally faced with three outstanding problems: low input-output ratio, weak decision-making support function and insufficient data value mining, and is trapped in the development dilemma of “high investment, low returns.”Based on the “three worlds” model, “layer-level-chain” reference model, “four horizontal and three vertical” framework and “three-in-one concept”proposed by predecessors, the deep causes of the bottleneck of intelligent mine construction are systematically analyzed from the perspective of epistemology and methodology. The research points out that there are defects in epistemology, such as vague cognition of essential connotation and narrow cognition of system scope. In terms of methodology, the absence of top-level design leads to the inversion of construction path, the lack of architectural standards hinders system coordination, the “turnkey” model restricts technology internalization and personnel training, the promotion strategy is radical, the resource mismatch and the digital gap of infrastructure construction form digital debt and many other problems. In view of these problems, a 96-word policy is proposed, which takes “unified concept, unified standard and top-level design” as the guide, “six lines as the key link and ten blocks as the goal” as the framework, and “intelligent mining, pilot breakthrough” as the path. The research aims to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the industry to break the current construction bottleneck and realize intelligent transition and sustainable development.
