中国工业母机企业实现颠覆性技术创新机理研究——基于战略生态位管理的视角
Research on the Mechanism of Disruptive Technological Innovation in China’s Industrial Machine Tool Industry——Based on the Perspective of Strategic Niche Management
【摘要】 颠覆性技术是形成新质生产力的创新引擎,对中国工业母机企业突破国外技术封锁,实现关键核心技术自主可控具有重要战略意义。本文基于战略生态位管理理论,构建“技术生态位—市场生态位—范式生态位”三阶段演化模型,从内生演进、社会技术体制和社会技术地景3个层面的协同视角出发,揭示颠覆性技术从保护性实验到主流市场渗透的动态跃迁机制。在此基础上,进一步采用扎根理论方法,对秦川机床等5家代表性企业进行多案例研究,结果发现:(1)中国工业母机企业颠覆性技术是从低端或边缘市场切入,逐步扩散并最终颠覆主流市场,实现传统技术替代;(2)颠覆性技术创新经历技术、市场、范式生态位3个阶段,依托战略生态位管理完成动态演化;(3)颠覆性技术创新由内生演进、社会技术体制、社会技术地景3个层面协同驱动,形成自上而下塑造与自下而上反馈的循环,推动中国母机企业突破“卡脖子”困境。本研究不仅厘清了中国工业母机企业颠覆性技术创新演化规律,而且也为其开展颠覆性技术创新提供策略支持。
【Abstract】 Disruptive technologies are key drivers of new quality productive forces, and they hold strategic importance for China’s industrial machine tool companies to break through technology blockades and achieve control over key core technologies.Drawing on the theory of strategic niche management, this study constructs a three-stage evolutionary model which includes “technological niche-market niche-paradigm niche”to explain the dynamic development mechanism of how disruptive technologies progress from protective experiments to mainstream market diffusion.The study applies grounded theory and conducts multi-case analyses of five representative firms.Findings show that:(1)disruptive technologies in China’s machine tool sector often arise in low-end or peripheral markets, then diffuse and eventually replace traditional technologies;(2)their evolution follows the three-niche trajectory under SNM;(3)disruptive innovation is jointly shaped by internal dynamics, institutional structures, and landscape forces, forming a top-down and bottom-up co-evolution that helps firms overcome technological bottlenecks.This research elucidates the evolutionary mechanism of disruptive innovation in China’s machine tool industry and provides strategic guidance for the development of breakthrough technological.
