【摘要】 目的 了解河南省健康人群A群和C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitidis,Nm)抗体水平。方法 2022-2024年采取多阶段抽样方法选取河南省17个地市健康人群并采集血清标本，采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测A群和C群Nm IgG抗体，分析抗体阳性率和中位数浓度(Median concentration,MC)。结果 共纳入调查对象23 031例，A群、C群Nm抗体阳性率分别为67.26%、53.37%,MC分别为2.88、2.16μg/m L。0～2岁、3～4岁、5～9岁、10～19岁、20～39岁、40～59岁、≥60岁人群A群Nm抗体阳性率分别为47.10%、58.31%、61.77%、68.78%、78.75%、81.06%、79.14%(趋势χ~2=1 322.26,P<0.001),C群分别为36.95%、45.51%、48.05%、53.28%、61.43%、66.38%、67.40%(趋势χ~2=939.21,P<0.001)。在≤14岁儿童中，接种1剂次、2剂次、3剂次、≥4剂次含A群Nm成分疫苗者A群Nm抗体阳性率分别为52.66%、48.57%、54.07%、65.08%(趋势χ~2=208.77,P<0.001)，末剂次免疫后<1年、1年、2年、3～4年、≥5年分别为61.76%、51.47%、52.49%、62.13%、64.27%(χ~2=137.28,P<0.001);接种1剂次、2剂次、3剂次、≥4剂次含C群Nm成分疫苗者C群Nm抗体阳性率分别为40.90%、46.67%、43.48%、51.22%(趋势χ~2=35.24,P<0.001)，末剂次免疫后<1年、1年、2年、3～4年、≥5年分别为49.79%、42.75%、43.60%、47.82%、50.63%(χ~2=49.61,P<0.001)。结论 河南省健康人群A群和C群Nm抗体水平随着年龄增加呈上升趋势，≤14岁儿童抗体水平随着脑膜炎球菌疫苗免疫剂次、免疫后时间增加呈上升趋势，青少年和成人可能存在Nm隐性感染。需加强适龄儿童脑膜炎球菌疫苗及时和全程接种，探索青少年和成人免疫策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore antibody levels against groups A and C Neisseria meningitidis( Nm) in a healthy population in Henan province.Methods We used a multistage sampling strategy to recruit healthy individuals in 17 prefectures of Henan province during 2022-2024 and collected serum samples from recruited individuals. We tested sera for IgG antibodies against groups A and C Nm using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and calculated positivity rates and median concentrations( MC) of antibodies.Results A total of 23 031 subjects were enrolled. It is necessary to strengthen timely and full-series meningococcal vaccination for age-eligible children and explore immunization strategies for adolescents and adults.更多还原
