【摘要】 呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory syncytial virus, RSV)感染是老年人急性呼吸道感染的重要病因，被世界卫生组织列为全球新疫苗研发的重点优先目标之一。目前已有2种重组亚单位疫苗和1种mRNA疫苗在国外获批上市，可用于≥60岁人群预防由RSV感染导致的下呼吸道疾病。国内外还有多种类型RSV疫苗处于临床试验阶段，包括重组亚单位疫苗、mRNA疫苗、颗粒疫苗、载体疫苗等。部分国家和地区已制定老年人RSV疫苗接种的推荐意见。本文基于国内外相关文献，综述了老年人RSV疫苗研发进展和接种推荐意见，为制定中国老年人群RSV疫苗接种策略提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) is a significant cause of acute respiratory infections in the elderly and is considered a key target for new vaccine development by the World Health Organization. Two recombinant subunit vaccines and one mRNA vaccine have been approved for marketing abroad for prevention of lower respiratory tract diseases caused by RSV infection in adults aged ≥60 years. There are several RSV vaccines in clinical trials domestically and internationally, including recombinant subunit vaccines, mRNA vaccines, virus-like particle vaccines, and vectored vaccines. Some countries/regions have formulated RSV vaccination recommendations for the elderly. Based on relevant domestic and foreign literature, in this article, we summarize research and development progress of RSV vaccines and vaccination recommendations for the elderly, aiming to provide reference for formulating RSV vaccination strategies for the elderly in China.更多还原
