单桩式海上风电基础防护设备防护性能

【摘要】 海上风电基础结构常面临来自船舶碰撞的影响,为降低结构损伤,设计一种新型单桩基础防护设备,并对其极限性能强度进行分析。采用非线性有限元分析方法模拟不同船舶质量和停靠速度对单桩防护设备的碰撞过程。通过有限元分析模拟不同工况下单桩防护设备的碰撞响应,确定防护设备可以承受的最大碰撞能量,研究碰撞力与船舶质量、停靠速度之间的关系,并且分析碰撞力与塑性应变。结果表明,单桩防护设备可降低基础损伤,具有较好的防撞性能。

【Abstract】 The offshore wind power foundation is often affected by ship collision.In order to reduce the structural damage,a new type of monopile offshore wind power foundation protection equipment is designed and its ultimate performance strength is analyzed.The nonlinear finite element analysis method is used to simulate the collision process of the monopile protection equipment with different ship masses and docking speeds.The collision response of the monopile protection equipment under different working conditions is simulated by the finite element analysis,the maximal collision energy that the protection equipment can bear is determined,the relationship between the collision force with ship mass and docking speed is studied,and the collision force and plastic strain are analyzed.The research results show that the designed monopile protection equipment can reduce foundation damage and is of good anti-collision performance.
