辽宁葡萄不下架越冬设施温湿度调查研究

【摘要】 不下架简易防寒越冬是北方防寒区葡萄产业发展趋势,以辽宁省代表性葡萄不下架越冬模式为对象,调查研究各模式内环境温湿度条件、保温防寒效果,旨在探究葡萄设施安全越冬所需温湿度条件,为葡萄不下架简易越冬技术提供参考。结果发现:温度是设施防寒越冬的核心环境因子;冷棚二道幕模式内部温度条件与防寒效果较好,具备进一步试验、推广的潜力;4种模式间隔10 d的平均气温均高于-6℃,日均气温高于-10℃,0℃以下低温累积时数不超过1 619 h,低温威胁区累积时数小于973 h;设施内昼夜温差均低于35℃,且高于30℃的天数不超过9 d;设施外温湿度与设施内温湿度等环境因子存在显著相关性,未来可深入研究建立内外环境因子联动变化预测模型。

【Abstract】 Trellis-retained overwintering with simplified cold protection has become a prevailing trend in grapevine cultivation in northern cold regions of China. This study investigated representative cold protection methods for trellis-retained grapevines in Liaoning Province, focusing on their internal microclimate conditions and thermal insulation efficacy, aiming to identify safe overwintering environmental thresholds within facilities and provide technical references. The results showed that temperature was the most critical environmental factor for successful overwintering of grapevines. Among the tested methods, the unheated greenhouse equipped with a secondary thermal curtain exhibited superior temperature regulation and cold protection performance, warranting further experimentation and regional promotion. All four protection methods satisfied critical thresholds: 10-day mean temperature >-6℃, daily mean temperature >-10 ℃, the cumulative low-temperature hours below 0℃ ≤1,619 h, accumulated hours in the critical risk zone <973 h, diurnal temperature variation <35 ℃, days exceeding30℃ ≤9 d. Strong correlations were observed between external and internal thermo-hygrometric conditions. These findings warrant further investigation to develop predictive models elucidating the dynamic interactions between internal and external environmental factors.
