硒对葡萄产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 本研究以‘巨玫瑰’葡萄为试材,设置4个硒质量浓度,于幼果期和果实膨大期叶面喷施各一次,探讨硒处理对葡萄果实产量、品质的影响。结果表明,叶面喷硒可显著提高葡萄果实、叶片和枝条硒含量,且硒含量随施硒质量浓度的升高而递增,在硒质量浓度为40 mg/L时,葡萄果实硒含量最高(46.852 mg/g)。单粒质量、单穗质量、产量以及果实中的可溶性固形物含量、果糖含量、黄酮、总酚等指标均随施硒质量浓度的增加整体呈上升趋势;可滴定酸含量则呈下降趋势。在硒质量浓度为30 mg/L时,葡萄果实的可溶性固形物、果糖等含量最高,分别为22.270%、102.667 mg/g。因此,通过主成分分析进行综合评价,确定30 mg/L氨基酸硒肥为最优喷施浓度,以期为富硒葡萄的标准化生产提供参考。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted on the grape variety ’Jumeigui’with four different selenium concentration levels. The grapevines were sprayed once each during the fruit set stage and during the fruit development stage to explore the effects of selenium on grape fruit yield and quality. The results showed that foliar application of selenium significantly increased the selenium content in grape fruits, leaves, and canes, and the selenium content increasing with rising selenium application concentration. At a selenium concentration of 40 mg/L, the fruit selenium content reached its highest level(46.852 mg/g). Indicators such as single berry weight, single cluster weight, yield, and nutritional components in grape fruits, such as soluble solids content, fructose content, flavonoids and total phenols, generally showed an upward trend with increasing selenium application concentration, while titratable acid content exhibited an overall downward trend. At 30 mg/L, the contents of soluble solids and fructose in grape fruits reached the highest levels, at 22.270% and 102.667 mg/g,respectively. Therefore, based on a comprehensive evaluation using principal component analysis, 30 mg/L of amino acid selenium fertilizer was determined as the optimal spraying concentration, providing a reference for the standardized production of selenium-enriched grapes.
