【摘要】 目的 探讨照养者的负性情绪与孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童行为问题的相关性。方法 采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)对2023年1—12月在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院发育行为科就诊的ASD儿童家长进行负性情绪调查，同时完成人口信息问卷、长处与困难问卷(SDQ)。结果 349例ASD儿童家长出现心理压力的比例为20.6%(72/349)、焦虑情绪发生率为29.8%(104/349)、抑郁情绪发生率为28.4%(99/349)。ASD儿童照养者的负性情绪与ASD儿童的行为问题存在双向相关关系。结论 在干预ASD儿童的同时，要重视照养者的心理状况，对照养者提供心理支持或有助于减少ASD儿童的行为问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between caregivers’ negative emotions and behavioral problems in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods The parents of children with ASD who visited Department of Developmental Behavior, Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January to December 2023 were investigated for their negative emotions using Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale-21(DASS-21). Demographic information questionnaire and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ) were also completed. Results Among 349 parents of ASD children, the proportion of psychological stress was 20.6%(72/349), the incidence rates of anxiety and depression were 29.8%(104/349) and 28.4%(99/349), respectively. There was a bidirectional correlation between negative emotions of caregivers and behavioral problems of children with ASD. Conclusion In addition to intervention for children with ASD, the attention should be paid to psychological status of caregivers. Psychological support for caregivers may help reduce behavioral problems of children with ASD.更多还原
