【摘要】 头颈肿瘤的治疗已从单一追求解剖学根治，发展为融合肿瘤学安全性、功能恢复、美学重建及社会心理康复的综合治疗体系。本文结合近年来的研究进展与临床实践经验，系统阐述这一现代治疗范式的核心理念、关键技术突破及未来发展方向。本文聚焦“精准切除与微创入路”“个体化多层次修复重建”“多学科协作”三大核心支柱，深入剖析显微外科技术(包括各类游离皮瓣的精细化应用)、数字化外科(3D虚拟规划与打印)及功能导向重建策略在提升手术成功率、优化术后功能结局中的关键价值。本文强调肿瘤切除与修复的连续性诊疗逻辑，提出需在治疗全过程中系统性关注患者生活质量，为临床诊疗提供实践指导，同时对人工智能辅助规划、生物工程修复等前沿研究方向进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The treatment of head and neck tumors has evolved from a sole pursuit of anatomical radicality to a comprehensive system integrating oncological safety, functional restoration, aesthetic reconstruction, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Based on recent research advancements and clinical practice experiences, this article systematically elucidates the core concepts, key technological advances, and future directions of this modern therapeutic paradigm. Focusing on the three core pillars of “precision resection and minimally invasive approaches” “individualized multi-level reconstruction” and “multidisciplinary collaboration”, this paper deeply analyzes the critical value of microsurgical techniques(especially the refined application of various free flaps), digital surgery(3D virtual planning and printing), and function-oriented reconstruction strategies in improving surgical success rates and optimizing functional outcomes. Simultaneously, this article emphasizes treating tumor resection and reconstruction as a continuum and systematically focusing on patient quality of life throughout the treatment course, aiming to offer systematic guidance for clinical practice and directional prospects for future research(artificial intelligence-assisted planning, bioengineering reconstruction).更多还原
