【摘要】 在“健康中国”与颠覆性医疗科技的双重浪潮下，新质医学教育把“高阶思维、跨界融合、技术赋能”写进人才培养的底层代码。学习科学作为揭示人类学习本质的跨学科领域，其理论成果与技术工具为新质医学教育的变革提供了科学依据。从新质医学教育的需求出发，梳理学习科学赋能新质医学教育的逻辑起点，提出“理论引领—技术赋能—评价驱动”三位一体的实践路径，包括基于认知科学优化医学知识传递、依托智能技术构建沉浸式实践环境、通过循证评价推动教学迭代，把知识、能力、素养三维数据变成教学即时升级的导航仪，让评价真正驱动医学教育持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the dual waves of "Healthy China" and disruptive medical technology, new-quality medical education has embedded "higher-order thinking,interdisciplinary integration and technological empowerment" into the underlying logic of talent cultivation.As an interdisciplinary field revealing the essence of human learning,learning sciences provide a scientific basis for the reform of new-quality medical education with its theoretical achievements and technical tools.Starting from the demands of newquality medical education,this paper sorts out the logical starting point of learning sciences empowering new-quality medical education,and proposes a trinity practical path of "theory guidance-technological empowerment-driven by evaluation".The path includes optimizing the transmission of medical knowledge based on cognitive science,building an immersive practical environment relying on intelligent technology,and promoting teaching iteration through evidence-based evaluation.It converts the threedimensional data of knowledge,competence and literacy into a navigator for the real-time upgrading of teaching,and enables evaluation to truly drive the sustainable development of medical education.更多还原
