【摘要】 目的 评估医学遗传学在妇产科专业研究生培养中的教学效果，并调查研究生对本课程的优化建议。方法 对郑州大学第三附属医院2022级、2023级妇产科专业41名硕士研究生发放调查问卷，针对产前筛查与产前诊断课程展开教学评估，并提出优化建议。结果 61.0%的学生选修该课程以获得学分，80.5%的学生学习后兴趣显著提高，学生教学满意度达92.7%。课程内容评估中，超过70%的学生认为遗传学理论概述不足、遗传学基础知识薄弱。在优化建议中，多数学生建议加强基础理论与临床实践的联系、开展临床病例讨论会、整合遗传学与影像学内容。教学资源方面，51.2%的学生呼吁建设在线视频库。课程时间安排上，70.7%的支持维持现状。结论 积极探索“妇产科学+医学遗传学”培养模式，对于提高教学质量及培养高层次人才至关重要，能为妇产科专业研究生培养提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of medical genetics in the training of postgraduates majored in obstetrics and gynecology,and to investigate postgraduates′ suggestions for optimizing this course.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 41 Grade 2022 and 2023 postgraduates majored in obstetrics and gynecology at the third affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university.Teaching evaluation was carried out for the course of prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis,and suggestions for optimization were collected.Results Among the students,61.0% took the course to obtain credits;80.5% reported a significant increase in interest after learning;and the teaching satisfaction rate reached 92.7%.In the course content evaluation,more than 70% of students believed that the overview of genetic theories was insufficient and their basic knowledge of genetics was weak.For optimization suggestions,most students proposed strengthening the connection between basic theories and clinical practice,conducting clinical case discussions,and integrating genetics with imaging content.In terms of teaching resources,51.2% of students called for the construction of an online video library.Regarding the course schedule,70.7% of students supported maintaining the current arrangement.Conclusion Actively exploring the obstetrics and gynecology + medical genetics training model is crucial for improving teaching quality and cultivating high-level talents,and can provide useful references for the training of postgraduates majoring in obstetrics and gynecology.更多还原
