基于Factory IO的零件装配和入库系统设计
Design of Parts Assembly and Warehousing System Based on Factory IO
【摘要】 针对当前零件装配作业仍以人工为主,存在效率低下且缺乏完善的入库系统设计的问题,提出了基于Factory IO的零件装配与入库系统设计。利用Factory IO和TIA软件技术,从几何模型、系统组态、模块布局等多维度构建了零件装配和入库系统模型。通过仿真运行,验证了其能够实现不同零件的分拣与装配以及入库。此外,其还能够在实际硬件搭建前全面测试系统控制逻辑与运行流程,模拟实际工况,提前解决潜在隐患,为实际应用奠定基础。
【Abstract】 In response to the current situation where manual labor is still the main approach in parts assembly operations, which is inefficient and lacks a well-designed warehousing system, a parts assembly and warehousing system design based on Factory IO is proposed. By leveraging Factory IO and TIA software technologies, a system model for parts assembly and warehousing is constructed from multiple dimensions including geometric models, system configuration, and module layout. Through simulation operation, it is verified that the system can achieve the sorting, assembly, and warehousing of different parts. Additionally, it can comprehensively test the system control logic and operation process, simulate actual working conditions, and address potential risks in advance before the actual hardware setup, laying a solid foundation for practical application.
