紫金龙属生物碱类成分、生源合成途径及药理活性研究进展

【摘要】 随着中药活性成分研究的不断深入,紫金龙属生物碱类成分在植物化学与创新药物研发领域中扮演着越来越重要的角色。首先,详细阐述了国内外在紫金龙属生物碱成分研究方面的主要成果和进展,介绍了国内外在该领域的研究现状和特点。通过比较国内外研究,发现目前紫金龙属生物碱成分研究领域存在一些热点和难点问题,主要表现在对紫金龙属内不同物种间生物碱研究不平衡、该属生物碱成分以及药理活性研究范围较窄等方面。最后,对紫金龙属药用植物功效、化学成分、生源合成途径以及药理活性进行综述,指出了现阶段研究的不足之处,并提出了未来研究方向和可能的发展趋势。旨在为紫金龙属生物碱类成分研究提供参考,并为后续研究提供思路和建议。

【Abstract】 With the continuous deepening of research on active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine, Dactylicapnos alkaloids play an increasingly important role in the fields of plant chemistry and innovative drug development. This article elaborates on the main achievements and progress in the research of alkaloid components in the Dactylicapnos at home and abroad, and introduces the research status and characteristics of this field at home and abroad. By comparing domestic and foreign studies, this article found that there are some hot and difficult issues in the research field of Dactylicapnos alkaloid components, mainly manifested in the imbalance of alkaloid research among different species in Dactylicapnos, the narrow scope of alkaloid components and pharmacological activity research in this genus. Finally, this article provides a review of the efficacy, chemical composition, biosynthetic pathways, and pharmacological activities of Dactylicapnos, pointing out the shortcomings of current research and proposing future research directions and possible development trends. This article aims to provide reference for researchers on Dactylicapnos alkaloids and provide insights and suggestions for subsequent investigations.
