基于遗传算法的船舶机舱分段建造流程仿真优化
Simulation Optimization of Construction Flow of Ship Engine Room Section Based on Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 船舶机舱分段结构复杂,建造难度大,生产效率相对较低。基于Plant Simulation软件进行机舱分段建造流程建模。以载重量80 000 t自卸式散货船为目标船,基于遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm, GA)进行分段生产排序和缓冲区分段容量配置双优化:采用GA优化分段生产排序,寻求局部最优解;采用种群迭代搜索获得缓冲区最优分段容量配置。研究结果可为船舶复杂中间产品精益化建造提供可推广的解决方案。
【Abstract】 The ship engine room section is of complex structures, difficult construction, and relatively low production efficiency. The construction flow modeling of engine room section is conducted based on the Plant Simulation software. Taken the deadweight tonnage 80 000 t dump-type bulk carrier as the target ship, the dual optimizations of section production sequencing and buffer section capacity allocation are conducted based on the Genetic Algorithm(GA): the optimization of section production sequencing is conducted with GA to seek a local optimal solution; the optimal buffer section capacity allocation is obtained with the population iterative search. The research results can provide scalable solution for the lean construction of complex ship intermediate products.
