2004—2024年国际昆虫滞育研究热点与趋势
Hotspots and trends in insect diapause research from 2004 to 2024
【摘要】 滞育是昆虫应对不利环境条件的重要生理适应策略,涵盖复杂的分子调控机理与生态适应过程。基于2004—2024年SCIE数据库收录的4 857篇昆虫滞育领域文献,利用文献计量学和知识图谱方法分析该领域的研究热点与发展趋势。结果显示,昆虫滞育相关研究的国际发文量呈持续增长态势。当前研究主要聚焦于昆虫滞育的分子调控机制(如激素通路、生物钟调控、基因网络)、环境因子(如光周期、温度)的诱导效应以及滞育赋予的抗逆能力(如低温耐受性)。研究前沿包括滞育调控网络的解析、对气候变化响应机制以及进化多样性。未来需进一步深化对滞育分子机制解析、环境因子互作关系、抗逆性状应用潜力及跨学科协同创新的研究,从而为害虫综合治理与资源昆虫利用提供坚实的理论基础。
【Abstract】 Diapause is a crucial physiological adaptation strategy for insects to cope with adverse environmental conditions, involving complex molecular regulatory mechanisms and ecological adaptation processes. Based on 4857 publications in the field of insect diapause indexed in the SCIE database from 2004 to 2024, the research hotspots and development trends in this domain were analyzed using bibliometric and knowledge mapping approaches. The findings indicated that the global publication output in the field of insect diapause has shown a continuous upward trend. Current research primarily focuses on the molecular regulation mechanisms of insect diapause(such as hormone regulation,circadian rhythms, and gene regulatory networks), the influence of environmental factors(such as photoperiod and temperature), and the stress resistance(such as cold tolerance). Emerging research frontiers encompass the elucidation of diapause regulatory networks, response mechanisms to climate change, and investigations into evolutionary diversity.Future studies should prioritize deeper insights into the molecular basis of diapause,the correlation analyses of environmental variables, the practical applications of stress resistance traits, and interdisciplinary collaborative innovation,to provide a solid theoretical foundation for integrated pest management and the utilization of beneficial insect resources.
