浙江海宁柑橘果实蝇发生种类及其种群动态

【摘要】 为明确浙江海宁柑橘果实蝇的发生种类及其种群动态规律,2023年8—12月在浙江海宁黄湾村柑橘种植基地使用黄色粘虫板诱捕果实蝇,并进行形态学观察和分子生物学鉴定,共发现3种果实蝇:南亚果实蝇、橘小实蝇、具条实蝇,数量占比分别为95.50%、3.29%、1.21%,南亚果实蝇为优势种群。果实蝇在当地柑橘园8月下旬开始发生,至10月下旬进入发生盛期。果实蝇诱捕总量和南亚果实蝇诱捕量在10月11日、11月2日、12月9日出现明显峰值,果实蝇诱捕总量分别为90.3、169.0、230.0头/板,南亚果实蝇诱捕量分别为87.4、158.6、219.4头/板;橘小实蝇分别于11月2日、11月21日、12月9日出现高峰,平均诱捕量分别为7.9、8.4、9.0头/板;具条实蝇未见明显峰期。研究结果可为当地制定柑橘果实蝇防控策略提供依据。

【Abstract】 To clarify the species composition and population dynamics of fruit flies in citrus orchards in Haining, Zhejiang,we used yellow sticky traps from August to December 2023 and performed morphological and molecular biological identification. Results showed that three species were present in the Huangwan Village citrus plantation: Zeugodacus tau,Bactrocera dorsalis, and B. scutellata, accounting for 95.50%, 3.29%, and 1.21% of the total captures, respectively. Z. tau was the dominant species. Fruit flies began to appear in late August and peaked in late October. The total number of trapped fruit flies and the number of trapped Z. tau specifically exhibited three major peaks on October 11, November 2,and December 9. The total number of fruit flies trapped was 90.3, 169.0, and 230.0 individuals per plate, respectively.The corresponding numbers for Z. tau trapped was 87.4, 158.6, and 219.4 individuals per plate, respectively. B. dorsalis peaked on November 2, November 21, and December 9, with mean trap catches of 7.9, 8.4, and 9.0 individuals per plate,respectively, while B. scutellata showed no clear peak. These findings provide a scientific basis for developing targeted management strategies against citrus fruit flies in the region.
