内蒙古藜麦根蛆的种类鉴定及发生规律

【摘要】 在内蒙古自治区武川县的藜麦种植区发现一种为害藜麦根系的根蛆类害虫,采集虫样进行室内饲养,经形态学与分子生物学鉴定,确定其种类为损直斑蝇(Tetanops sintenisi Becker, 1909),系内蒙古首次记录该虫为害藜麦。经田间调查和室内饲养,发现该根蛆主要为害藜麦幼苗根部,导致受害植株萎蔫枯死,造成田间缺苗断垄,且幼虫可在土壤中转移为害;幼虫每年发生1~2代,以老熟幼虫越冬,6—7月为幼虫主要为害期。本研究结果可为藜麦根蛆损直斑蝇的准确识别、田间监测及综合防控提供依据。

【Abstract】 A maggot pest damaging roots of quinoa was discovered in quinoa fields of Wuchuan County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The insect samples were collected and reared in the laboratory. Based on morphological characteristics and molecular biological techniques, the species was identified as Tetanops sintenisi Becker, 1909(Diptera: Ulidiidae), representing the first record of this pest on quinoa in Inner Mongolia. Field investigations and laboratory observations indicated that the larvae infested the root system of quinoa seedlings, causing wilting, plant death,and resulting in seedling gaps and missing rows in the fields. Additionally, the larvae could also migrate through the soil to infest adjacent plants. The larvae had 1 to 2 generations per year, and overwintered as mature larvae with peak damage occurring from June to July. These findings provide a basis for accurate identification, field monitoring, and integrated management of quinoa root maggot.
