广西兴安稻田多年生杂草作为SRBSDV越冬寄主的可能性分析

【摘要】 为明确广西兴安地区稻田多年生杂草作为南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus,SRBSDV)越冬寄主的可能性,针对当地稻田优势多年生禾本科杂草双穗雀稗,在室内测定了白背飞虱在双穗雀稗上的发育适合度以及带毒白背飞虱的接毒率;针对田间自然发生的多年生杂草,通过田间多点和秋、春两季采样,检测其带SRBSDV的情况。结果表明,白背飞虱若虫在双穗雀稗上不能存活,雌成虫在双穗雀稗上取食少、寿命短、无产卵,且带毒白背飞虱不能成功向双穗雀稗接毒SRBSDV。2021—2023年晚秋、早春在兴安多地采集稻田杂草共计17种超过4 000份,经dot-ELISA检测,未发现SRBSDV阳性样本。综合得出:双穗雀稗及兴安当地其他杂草作为SRBSDV越冬寄主的可能性很低。

【Abstract】 To determine the possibility of perennial weeds serving as overwintering hosts of southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV) in rice fields in Xing’an of Guangxi, we evaluated the developmental fitness of white-backed planthopper(WBPH, Sogatella furcifera) on the dominant perennial gramineous weed Paspalum distichum under laboratory conditions,and assessed the infection rate of viruliferous WBPH on this weed. In field investigation, naturally occurring perennial weeds were sampled at multiple sites in both late autumn and early spring to determine their SRBSDV infection status. The results showed that S. furcifera nymphs could not survive and female adults exhibited reduced feeding,shortened longevity, and no oviposition on P. distichum. The viruliferous S. furcifera failed to transmit SRBSDV to P.distichum. A total of more than 4 000 weed samples representing 17 species were collected from paddy fields in Xing ’an in late autumn and early spring, from 2021 to 2023, and no SRBSDV-positive samples were detected by dot-ELISA.These results indicate that the possibility of P. distichum and other local weeds serving as overwintering hosts of SRBSDV is very low.
