【摘要】 宫颈癌是威胁女性健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一，宫颈癌筛查作为主要的宫颈癌预防措施在我国实施多年，筛查服务体系逐步完善，筛查人群不断扩大，筛查质量稳步提高，但同时也面临诸多挑战。在我国实现《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》目标和世界卫生组织《加速消除子宫颈癌全球战略》的背景下，进一步推动宫颈癌筛查的高质量、高效率开展至关重要。在今后的宫颈癌筛查工作中，应在政府部门主导下，进一步整合资源，完善服务体系和信息系统，优化组织管理和实施路径，提高专业人员能力水平，落实宫颈癌筛查和质量控制方案，促进新技术在筛查和诊疗中的应用，助力实现消除宫颈癌目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cervical cancer is one of the major malignant tumors threatening women’s health globally. As a key preventive measure,cervical cancer screening programs have been implemented in China for many years. The screening service system has been gradually improved, the screened population has continued to expand, and the quality of screening has steadily improved, however, it still face many chanllenges. In the context of achieving the goals of the “Healthy China 2030” initiative and the World Health Organization(WHO) “ Global Strategy for the Elimination of Cervical Cancer,” it is crucial to further promote the high-quality and efficient implementation of cervical cancer screening. To further promote the high-quality and efficient implementation of cervical cancer screening and contribute to the achievement of cervical cancer elimination goals, governments should take the lead in further integrating resources, improving service and information systems, optimize organizational management and implementation pathways, enhancing the capacity of professional staffs, implementing cervical cancer screening quality control protocols, and promoting the application of new technologies in screening and treatment.更多还原
