【摘要】 目的 分析岳阳地区老年人健康素养知信行现状及其影响因素。方法 采用分层随机抽样法，于2025年3月至6月选取岳阳地区的338例老年人进行问卷调查，内容涵盖健康知识、健康信念与健康行为三个方面。结果 岳阳地区老年人健康素养知信行总得分率为57.56%，各分量表得分率均低于60%。单因素分析显示，年龄、文化程度、月收入、婚姻状况、居住地、医疗保障等因素对健康素养各维度得分有显著影响（P<0.05）。多元线性回归分析表明年龄、文化程度、居住地是健康知识的独立影响因素；年龄、文化程度、居住地、婚姻状况是健康信念的独立影响因素；年龄、文化程度、居住地、婚姻状况、居住情况是健康行为的独立影响因素。结论 岳阳地区老年人健康素养偏低，需针对知识、信念与行为维度的关键短板及其核心制约因素实施系统干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the current status and influencing factors of health literacy Knowledge, attitude, and practice(KAP) among elderly individuals in Yueyang area. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used to select 338 elderly individuals in Yueyang from March to June 2025 for a questionnaire survey, which covered three dimensions: health knowledge, health beliefs, and health behaviors. Results: The total score rate of health literacy KAP among the elderly in Yueyang was 57.56%, with all subscale score rate below 60%. Univariate analysis indicated that factors such as age, education level, monthly income, marital status, residence, and healthcare coverage had significant effects on scores across the dimensions of health literacy(P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that age, education level, and residence were independent influencing factors for health knowledge, age, education level, residence, and marital status were independent influencing factors for health beliefs, and age, education level, residence, marital status, and living arrangements were independent influencing factors for health behaviors. Conclusion: The health literacy of elderly people in Yueyang area is relatively low. Systematic interventions should be implemented to address the key shortcomings and core constraints in the dimensions of knowledge, belief, and behavior.更多还原
