【摘要】 目的 探讨连续性血液净化（CBP）治疗重症感染性休克肾功能不全患者的临床疗效观察。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月酒钢医院收治的重症感染性休克合并肾功能不全患者70例，随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用CBP治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后生命体征及器官功能、实验室指标、预后情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后心率、呼吸频率、SOFA评分低于对照组，平均动脉压高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者治疗后血乳酸、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组ICU住院时间、机械通气时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 CBP治疗重症感染性休克合并肾功能不全可有效改善患者生命体征及器官功能，缩短ICU住院时间和机械通气时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous blood purification(CBP) on patients with severe septic shock and renal insufficiency.Methods A total of 70 patients with severe septic shock and renal dysfunction admitted to Jiugang Hospital from January2024 to December 2024 were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases each.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given CBP on the basis of routine treatment.The vital signs,organ function,laboratory indexes and prognosis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the heart rate,respiratory rate,and SOFA score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the mean arterial pressure was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood lactate,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,serum creatinine,and blood urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The length of ICU stay and duration of mechanical ventilation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CBP can effectively improve the vital signs and organ functions of patients with severe septic shock complicated with renal insufficiency,shorten ICU hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time.更多还原
