瘢痕分子机制研究进展

【摘要】 烧伤后增生性瘢痕是创面愈合过度的产物,是由于烧伤后局部皮肤真皮组织遭到破坏,皮下炎症反应导致成纤维细胞增多、胶原纤维过度沉积等原因造成的一种局部皮肤纤维化过度的疾病。目前,临床中对于增生性瘢痕的治疗依然局限于局部皮质类固醇激素治疗、压迫、手术、硅凝胶等方式,治疗效果并不尽如人意。治疗增生性瘢痕的主要挑战之一是缺乏对其形成的分子机制的了解。因此,在这篇综述中,重点分析总结了烧伤后增生性瘢痕形成的分子机制的相关研究,以期为临床治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Hypertrophic scar after burn is the product of excessive wound healing,which is a disease of excessive local skin fibrosis caused by destruction of local skin dermal tissue after burn,increased fibroblasts and excessive deposition of collagen fibers due to subcutaneous inflammatory response.At present,the clinical treatment of hypertrophic scars is still limited to local corticosteroid therapy,compression,surgery,silicone gel and other methods,the therapeutic effect is not satisfactory.One of the major challenges in treating hypertrophic scars is the lack of understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying their formation.Therefore,in this review,we focus on the analysis and summary of relevant studies on the molecular mechanisms of hypertrophic scar formation after burns as well as clinical trials for the treatment of hypertrophic scars after burns.In order to provide reference for clinical treatment of hypertrophic scar after burn.
