呼吸肌训练应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征治疗对改善患者肺功能的效果研究
Study on the Effect of Respiratory Muscle Training in the Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome on Improving Patients’ Pulmonary Function
【摘要】 目的 研究探讨呼吸肌训练应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的治疗对改善患者肺功能的效果。方法 选取泉州市第一医院2022年12月至2023年12月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者80例,依据治疗措施不同进行分组,每组40例。对照组患者接受羧甲司坦治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上施以呼吸肌训练进行治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的肺功能指标、睡眠质量指标及治疗效果。结果 治疗后试验组肺功能指标高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组睡眠质量指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将呼吸肌训练作为辅助疗法应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,获得满意疗效,能够有效改善肺功能,提高睡眠质量,临床上可以广泛使用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of respiratory muscle training in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods Eighty patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome who were admitted to the Quanzhou First Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected. They were divided into groups based on different treatment measures, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with carbocisteine, and the patients in the trial group were treated with respiratory muscle training on the basis of the control group. The lung function indexes, sleep quality indexes and treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the pulmonary function index of the trial group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the sleep quality indexes of the trial group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of respiratory muscle training as an adjunctive therapy for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome yielded satisfactory results. It was effective in improving pulmonary function and sleep quality, and is recommended for widespread clinical use.
