基于LabVIEW的双容水箱液位控制研究
Research on Liquid Level Control of Dual Tank Water Tank Based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 针对现代工业控制流程中普遍存在的液位调控难题,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的双容水箱液位实时监测方案。构建了双容水箱试验平台,并据此建立了相应的数学模型。利用MATLAB Simulink进行数值模拟,根据仿真结果控制系统的动静态特性。采用LabVIEW软件开发了双容水箱液位控制系统的应用程序,结合USB-6008采集卡与DAQ数据采集助手,实现了硬件与软件的高效集成。通过设计的人机交互界面,实现了对液位变化的可视化监控。试验结果表明,所开发的系统界面能够实时呈现液位的变化趋势,且实际液位曲线与仿真结果之间的偏差保持在2%以下,与真实液面的误差也控制在3%以内,验证了所提方法的有效性,为工业控制水箱液位提供了一种新的控制方法。
【Abstract】 A real-time monitoring scheme for dual tank water level based on virtual instrument technology is proposed to address the common problem of liquid level regulation in modern industrial control processes. A dual tank water tank experimental platform was constructed, and corresponding mathematical models were established based on it. Use MATLAB Simulink for numerical simulation and control the dynamic and static characteristics of the system based on the simulation results. The application program of the dual tank water level control system was developed using LabVIEW software, and efficient integration of hardware and software was achieved by combining USB-6008 acquisition card and DAQ data acquisition assistant. Visual monitoring of liquid level changes has been achieved through a designed human-computer interaction interface. The experimental results show that the developed system interface can present the real-time trend of liquid level changes, and the deviation between the actual liquid level curve and the simulation results is kept below 2%, and the error with the real liquid level is also controlled within 3%. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified, providing a new control method for industrial water tank liquid level control.
