【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of humanized and refined transformation of medical services,volunteer service has become an important way to make up for the gap of non-therapeutic services and enhance patients’ experience. Based on the VRIO framework in resource-based view and integrated with service design theory,it takes the one-stop service center of a third-class public hospital in Guangdong Province as the empirical object,systematically analyzes the strategic attributes and transformative effectiveness of volunteer resources in the medical service system,and constructs systematic and sustainable service implementation paths and iteration mechanisms,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for public hospitals to integrate social resources and improve service quality.更多还原
