【摘要】 目的 分析目前全国各地中医优势病种种类以及数量现状，为在按疾病诊断相关分组（DRG）付费的政策背景下推进中医优势病种遴选和提高中医优势病种政策支持提供参考。方法 通过收集各省份中医优势病种名单目录，分析在中医医院推进DRG付费过程中存在的问题，为进一步开展中医优势病种DRG付费提出建议。结果 目前，全国多数地区中医优势病种主要集中于骨折病，大部分省市并未遴选出中医辨证治疗优势明显的病种。结论 我国对优势病种的遴选规则和流程还有待完善，建议根据各地实际情况加快制定标准化的临床路径和中医优势病种的遴选，为推进中医药医保支付方式改革提供支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the current status of the types as well as the number of dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)types in China,in order to provide reference for promoting the selection of dominant diseases in TCM types and improving the policy support for dominant diseases in TCM types under the background of the DRG payment policy. Methods By collecting the list catalogue of dominant diseases in TCM in each province and city,it analyses the problems existing in the process of promoting DRG payment in Chinese medicine hospitals,and put forward suggestions for further development of DRG payment for dominant diseases in TCM. Results At present,most of the regions of the country’s advantageous types of Chinese medicine mainly focus on fracture diseases,and most of the provinces and cities have not selected Chinese medicine identification and treatment of diseases with obvious advantages. Conclusion At present,China’s selection rules and processes for dominant disease types have yet to be perfected,and it is recommended that each province accelerate the development of standardised clinical pathways and selection of dominant diseases in TCM types according to the actual situation of each place,so as to provide support for the medical insurance payment reform Chinese medicine in the context of DRG reform.更多还原
