【摘要】 为促进专科疾病数据集安全、高效地流通与共享，释放数据价值，基于业务应用维度，利用线分类法，将专科疾病数据集分为基础数据、临床数据、随访数据、生物信息数据4大类。针对各类别下的数据字段制定专病数据分级标准，并提出权限分层管理策略。在保障患者权益与隐私安全的前提下安全、高效地使用数据，实现数据要素价值，为专病数据分类分级及分层管理提供参考和实践经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 To facilitate secure and efficient circulation and sharing of disease-specific datasets while realizing data value, It employs a linear classification method from the business application perspective. The datasets are categorized into four classifications: basic data, clinical data, follow-up data, and bioinformatics data. For data fields within each category,hierarchical data classification standards for disease-specific datasets were established alongside stratified management strategies. This framework enables secure and efficient data utilization while safeguarding patient rights and privacy,thereby realizing data element value.
