【摘要】 目的 构建公立医院“一院多区”临床科室医疗质量同质化评价指标体系。方法 基于Donabedian模型，通过文献法拟定初始评价指标池；通过德尔菲法筛选评价指标；采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重。结果 两轮函询回收率均为100%，权威系数分别为0.91和0.90，两轮评价指标重要性评分的Kendall’s W系数分别为0.21和0.22，可获得性评分的Kendall’s W系数由0.14提升至0.22，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.001）。构建包含3个维度（结构、过程、结果）、6个一级指标、12个二级指标和37个三级指标的评价指标体系。其中质量监控与改进（0.152 6）、质量结局（0.264 9）、患者安全与满意度（0.345 5）是医疗质量同质化的重要监测方向。结论 在“一院多区”建设中应着重加强对患者安全与满意度、质量结局、质量监控与改进的工作建设，对多院区医疗质量同质化进行精细化管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Construction of homogeneous evaluation index system of medical quality in clinical departments of “one hospital with multiple campuses” in pulich hospitals. Methods Based on the Donabedian model, the initial evaluation index pool was developed using literature review. Delphi expert consultation was employed for evaluation index screening, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine indicator weights. Results The response rates for both rounds of consultation were 100%,with authority coefficients of 0.91 and 0.90,respectively. The Kendall’s W coefficients for importance scores in the two rounds were 0.21 and 0.22,while the availability scores improved from 0.14 to 0.22, all statistically significant(P<0.001). The evaluation system comprises three dimensions(structure, process, outcome), six primary indicators, 12 secondary indicators,and 37 tertiary indicators. Key monitoring areas include quality monitoring and improvement(0.152 6),quality outcomes(0.264 9),and patient safety and satisfaction(0.345 5). Conclusion In the construction of “one hospital with multiple campuses”, it should focus on strengthening the construction of patient safety and satisfaction,quality outcome,quality monitoring and improvement,and refine the management of medical quality homogeneity in multiple hospitals.更多还原
