面向“适岗强能”的应用型工程本科人才培养实践探索——基于盐城工学院产业学院的实践
Cultivating Application-Oriented Engineering Undergraduates Focused on “Job Suitability and Competency Enhancement”:Practices from the Industrial College of YCIT
【摘要】 当前,高校管理者与教师对高等教育“普及化”转型理解不深,学生对未来岗位要求认知不足,导致应用型本科毕业生仍普遍存在岗位适应能力弱、专业技能不扎实、独立解决复杂工程问题能力欠缺等问题。为此,亟需重新审视人才培养定位,构建以“适岗强能”为核心的应用型工程本科人才培养体系。以盐城工学院西门子数字化产业学院、石油机械产业学院为依托,从理念重塑、体系构建、课程重构、条件保障四个层面,系统阐述以工程问题为导向、以能力培养为主线、以校企协同为支撑的应用型人才培养模式,以期为同类院校提供可借鉴的实践路径。
【Abstract】 University administrators and faculty currently have superficial understanding of the “massification” transformation in higher education, while students lack sufficient awareness of future job requirements. This results in widespread problems among applied undergraduate graduates, such as weak job adaptability, insufficient professional skills, and inadequate ability to independently solve complex engineering problems. Therefore, there is an urgent need to re-examine talent cultivation objectives and establish an applied engineering undergraduate education system centered on “job suitability and competency enhancement”. Based on the Siemens Digital Industry College and Petroleum Machinery Industry College at Yancheng Institute of Technology(YCIT), this paper systematically elaborates an applied talent cultivation model—guided by engineering problems, centered on competency cultivation, and supported by school-enterprise collaboration—from four dimensions: concept reshaping, system construction, curriculum restructuring, and condition guarantee, with a view to providing replicable practical paths for peer institutions.
