【Abstract】 To standardize the provision of pharmacy practice by clinical pharmacists during patient bowel preparation, the Henan Provincial Pharmaceutical Association led the formulation of the Specification for Pharmacy Practice for the Preparation of Digestive Endoscopy. This initiative was based on national regulations and normative documents, while incorporating insights from domestic and international monographs and consensus on the preparation of digestive endoscopy. This article elaborates on the standard development process and provides an in-depth analysis of key aspects of the standard, aiming to offer guidance and reference for pharmacists in pharmaceutical care during intestinal preparation.
