【摘要】 “痰瘀同治”与“心脑同治”是基于中医整体观念和辨证论治思想的重要治疗原则，是异病同治和整体调治的治疗策略，在现代心脑血管疾病的防治中具有独特优势。雷忠义国医大师及其流派团队长期致力于心病痰瘀毒风互结理论的研究，针对冠心病合并脑梗死，认为其核心病机为心脑失用，痰瘀互结，提出“痰瘀同治，心脑同治”的治疗法则。临床运用“痰瘀同治”法，化痰散结、活血化瘀，根据痰瘀盛衰，在心在脑，灵活加减应用，效果显著。进一步探讨心脑同病的病机关键，以及“心脑同治”“痰瘀同治”的科学内涵和具体应用，旨在为冠心病合并脑梗死的防治提供更好的方法与策略，以期提高临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 “Treating both phlegm and blood stasis” and “treating both heart and brain” are important treatment principles based on holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment, are treatment strategies for treating different diseases with same method and overall adjustment, has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of modern cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine Lei Zhongyi and his school team have long been committed to research of the theory of intermingled phlegm, blood stasis, toxin, wind in heart disease, regarding coronary heart disease combined with cerebral infarction, believes that core pathogenesis is loss of function in heart and brain, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, proposes therapeutic principle of “treating both phlegm and blood stasis, treating both heart and brain”. Clinical application of “treating both phlegm and blood stasis” method involves resolving phlegm, dispersing stagnation, promoting blood circulation, and removing blood stasis, based on rise and fall of phlegm and blood stasis, flexible adjustments are made to heart and brain, the effect is significant.
