【摘要】 形气神一体观是中医整体观的重要体现，强调人体生命是由形气神三者共同组成相互协调、高度统一的有机整体。溃疡性结肠炎（UC）发病常涉及形气神3个维度的失衡，以肠腑内疡、黏膜受损之形损为标，脏腑失和、气化失司之气乱为本，情志失畅、形神互累之神扰为变，三者相互影响，互为因果，终致“形损-气乱-神扰”的动态失衡。笔者团队基于形气神同调理论，提出三维一体的治疗原则：以复形为基，消托补法，修复黏膜；以调气为要，燮理枢机，固本培元；以畅神为制，疏肝宁心，御形摄气。从全方位、多角度，结合整体与局部，构建“复形、调气、畅神”三法合一的综合治疗模式，以期为临床诊疗UC提供新的思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The view of unity of form, qi, and spirit is a crucial manifestation of traditional Chinese medicine holistic view,emphasising that human life is an organically integrated whole composed of the three elements of form, qi, and spirit, which mutual coordination, and high unity. The onset of ulcerative colitis(UC) often involves an imbalance of the three dimensions of form, qi, and spirit, form damage of intestinal ulcers, and mucous membranes as the standard; qi disorder caused by disharmony of zang fu viscera, and disturbance in functioning of qi as the foundation, spirit disturbance caused by emotional instability, and mutual exhaustion of form and spirit as the change, the three factors interact with each other, and cause and effect each other, ultimately leading to a dynamic imbalance of “form damage-qi disorder-spirit disturbance”. The author’s team proposes a three-dimensional integrated treatment principle based on the theory of simultaneous regulation of form, qi,and spirit: restoring form as the foundation, using methods to eliminate, support, and tonify to repair mucosa; regulating qi as the priority, harmonising pivotal mechanisms to consolidate the foundation and nourish the essence; regulating spirit as the control, soothing liver and calming heart, and regulating form and qi. From a comprehensive and multi-angle perspective,combining whole and the part, constructing an integrated treatment model combining the three methods of “restoring form,regulating qi, and regulating spirit”, aiming to provide new insights and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of UC.更多还原
