【摘要】 作为理解健康的重要概念，疾痛是社会科学研究的重点议题。基于对20位农村老年慢性病患者的深度访谈，发现他们普遍以“遭罪”来表达慢性病所造成人生经历的中断和生活世界的破坏。疾痛体验呈现出“突如其来”“难以忍受”“习以为常”三种类型，并通过叙事建构出“断裂的身体”“规训的身体”“负累的身体”与“坚韧的身体”四个核心主题，展现了慢性病对其身体经验、社会角色、生活意义与自我认同的深刻影响。据此，应重构农村老年慢性病患者的照护逻辑，推动以患者为中心、文化适切的健康政策与服务体系建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important concept in understanding health, illness is a key topic in social science research. Based on in-depth interviews with 20 rural elderly patients with chronic diseases, it was found that they generally use "suffering" to express the interruption of their life experiences and the destruction of their life world caused by chronic diseases. Illness experiences manifest in three forms: "sudden onset", "intolerable suffering", and "becoming accustomed". Four core themes of "fractured body", "disciplined body", "burdened body" and "resilient body" are constructed through narrative, showing the profound impact of chronic diseases on their physical experience, social role, meaning of life and self-identity. In light of this, the care logic for rural elderly patients with chronic diseases should be reconstructed and promote patient-centered, culturally appropriate health policies and service systems.更多还原
