【摘要】 自近代以来，由于江南医学地理格局的变迁，不少孟河医家徙居上海。为了谋求医界的团结和发展，以及实现中医的自救，孟河医家们开始结合上海城市环境创立“孟河医派”。孟河医派的形成是鲜明的中医近代化转型过程：初期运用传统商业手段拓展“孟河”品牌影响力；继而利用乡缘与中医的互动关系初步建立医派；最终通过成立中医学校和团体等新形式，医派规模进一步壮大并最终成型。孟河医派的形成深刻影响了近代上海城市社会，也破除了医界门户壁垒，推动了中医学术研究的进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the transformation of the medical geography of Jiangnan in the modern period, many Menghe physicians migrated to Shanghai. In response to the need for professional consolidation and the revitalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine, they established the Menghe school within the urban context. The formation process reflects a broader trajectory of modernization: initially, traditional commercial strategies were used to expand the "Menghe" brand; subsequently, kinship networks and professional interactions facilitated the emergence of a medical community; finally, the establishment of educational institutions and professional organizations enabled its institutional consolidation. The development of the Menghe school not only reshaped Shanghai’s urban medical landscape but also contributed to breaking sectarian divisions and advancing Traditional Chinese Medicine academic research.更多还原
