【摘要】 探讨老年人互联网健康服务供给现状及困境。对上海市公立医院和社区卫生服务中心相关工作人员共30人进行半结构式访谈，采用系统性文本凝练方法分析访谈资料，凝练出4个主题（服务投入、服务活动、服务产出、供给侧结果）和9项意义单元（组织架构、信息技术、人力资源；服务内容、服务平台；服务数量、服务质量；供给意愿、供给能力）。目前互联网健康服务现状距离形成老年友善型服务尚存较大差距。服务供给的核心困境在于供给意愿不足，表现为供给能力较弱。未来要从机构相关服务差异化发展、改变服务供方错误认知等方面改善服务供给。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study explored the supply status and challenges of Internet-based health services for the elderly. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 30 staff members from public hospitals and community health service centers in Shanghai. The interview data were analyzed using systematic text condensation(STC), from which four themes were condensed: service inputs,service activities, service outputs, and supply-side outcomes, along with nine meaning units: organizational structure,information technology, human resources; service content, service platform; service quantity, service quality; willingness to supply, and supply capacity. The findings reveal a significant gap between current Internet-based health services and elderlyfriendly service standards. The core challenge in service supply is rooted in the low willingness to supply and manifested as limited supply capacity. To enhance service supply, future efforts should focus on developing differentiated institution-related services and addressing misconceptions among service providers.更多还原
