【摘要】 中华护理学会作为建会超过百年、培养中国护士厥功至伟的职业团体，对于建构近代中国护理科学体系、推进近代中国护士职业化进程具有重要的作用和典范意义。中华护理学会虽是一个职业团体，但在动荡不安的晚清民国时期却承担起护理知识传播、职业教育开展、职业伦理规范的重任。尽管近代中国护士职业化推进的过程困难重重，但正是该会在社会上的积极动员、务实行动，切实推动了护理科学的知识传播、护士形象的建构，确立了护士这一职业的社会地位。近代中国护士的职业化，也为构建两性平等的性别秩序提供了一个重要的参考面向。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a professional organization with a history of over a century and has played a significant role in cultivating Chinese nurses, the Chinese Nursing Association plays an important role and exemplary significance in constructing the modern nursing science system in China and promoting the professionalization process of modern Chinese nurses. Although the Chinese Nursing Association is a professional organization, it took on the important responsibility of disseminating nursing knowledge,conducting vocational education, and regulating professional ethics during the turbulent late Qing and Republican periods.Although the process of promoting the professionalization of nurses in modern China was fraught with difficulties, it was the active mobilization and pragmatic actions of the association in society that effectively promoted the dissemination of nursing science, the construction of the image of nurses, and established the social status of the nursing as a profession. The professionalization of nurses in modern China also provided an important reference for building a gender-equal social order.更多还原
