【摘要】 目的:探讨以超声介入为主体的急危重症救治新模式的构建与应用。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年11月于吉林市中心医院进行超声介入治疗的120例重症患者,将2023年1—12月采用常规创伤救治体系管理模式进行超声介入治疗的52例患者设为对照组,将2024年1—11月采用以超声介入为主体的急危重症救治模式进行治疗的68例患者设为研究组。比较两组救治团队成员的综合能力、救治时效及患者对救治的满意度。结果:研究组团队成员的超声介入技术能力、团队配合能力、应急能力、多学科协作组(MDT)协作能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者院内挂号分诊、化验送检、首次超声检查时间均短于对照组,30 min内超声介入手术开始率、穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组对救治的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以超声介入为主体的急危重症救治的新模式构建与临床应用可提高超声介入手术治疗时效、MDT协作及满意度,科学性、安全性、实用性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the construction and application of a new emergency and critical care model centered on ultrasound-guided intervention. Methods A total of 120 critically illness patients who underwent ultrasound-guided intervention at Jilin Central General Hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were enrolled.Among them,52 patients treated under the conventional trauma care system from January to December 2023 were assigned to the control group,while 68 patients treated under the novel emergency and critical care model centered on ultrasound-guided intervention from January to November 2024 were assigned to the study group.The comprehensive capabilities of the rescue team,treatment timeliness,and patient satisfaction with the rescue process were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the ultrasound interventional technology ability,team cooperation ability,emergency response ability and multidisciplinary team(MDT) collaboration ability of team members of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).The time for in-hospital registration and triage,laboratory sample submission,and the first ultrasound examination in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the rate of starting ultrasound intervention surgery within 30 minutes and the success rate of puncture in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The satisfaction score for treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions The construction and clinical application of a novel emergency and critical care model centered on ultrasound-guided intervention can enhance the timeliness of ultrasound-guided surgery,improve MDT collaboration,and increase patient satisfaction,which has high levels of scientificity,safety and practicality.更多还原
