【摘要】 目的 了解上海市宝山区儿童家长对百日咳相关知识的知晓情况以及对成人和孕妇接种含百日咳成分疫苗的意愿，为优化百日咳免疫策略提供参考依据。方法 采用横断面研究设计，于2024年10月至2025年1月，通过简单随机抽样对宝山区家长进行问卷调查，问卷内容包括基本情况、知晓情况和接种意愿三个部分。采用χ~2检验与多因素logistic回归分析影响因素。结果 本次调查收到有效问卷672份，仅15.63%的受访者对百日咳知识知晓情况为“了解”,愿意成年后每10年接种、支持孕妇接种一剂次含百日咳成分疫苗的受访者占比分别为57.89%和39.14%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，在成人接种和孕妇接种问题上，孩子年龄<1岁(OR=1.964,P=0.003;OR=1.771,P=0.006)、会按照国家疫苗接种程序接种相关疫苗(OR=4.019,P<0.001;OR=2.332,P=0.003)和主动关注疫苗安全相关的新闻(OR=3.242,P<0.001;OR=3.332,P<0.001)的儿童家长意愿更高。结论 上海市宝山区儿童家长对百日咳相关知识知晓率较低，对成年人接种含百日咳成分疫苗意愿较高，但针对孕妇的接种意愿有待提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the awareness of pertussis-related knowledge among parents of children in Baoshan District, Shanghai, and their willingness to vaccinate adults and pregnant women with pertussis-containing vaccines, so as to provide a reference for optimizing pertussis immunization strategies. Methods A cross-sectional study design was adopted.From October 2024 to January 2025,a questionnaire survey was conducted among parents in Baoshan District through simple random sampling.The questionnaire included three parts: basic information, knowledge awareness, and vaccination willingness.Chi-square(χ~2) tests and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors. Results A total of 672 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey.Only 15.63% of the respondents were "aware" of pertussis.The proportions of respondents willing to receive a pertussis-containing vaccine every 10 years as adults and supporting vaccination for pregnant women were 57.89% and 39.14%,respectively.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that on the issues of adult and pregnant women vaccination, parents with children under 1 year of age(OR=1.964,P=0.003;OR=1.771,P=0.006),those who would receive relevant vaccines according to the national vaccination schedule(OR=4.019,P<0.001;OR=2.332,P=0.003),and those who actively followed vaccine safety news(OR=3.242,P<0.001;OR=3.332,P<0.001) had a higher willingness. Conclusion The awareness rate of pertussis-related knowledge among parents of children in Baoshan District of Shanghai is relatively low.While the willingness to vaccinate adults with pertussis-containing vaccines is relatively high, the willingness to support vaccination for pregnant women needs to be improved.更多还原
