【摘要】 目的 了解云南省某边境城市吸毒人员在社区管控过程中酒精滥用现况及其影响因素，为制定针对吸毒人群的酒精滥用防控措施提供科学依据。方法 采用密歇根酒精依赖调查表为评估工具，对云南省瑞丽市勐卯街道登记在册的吸毒人员进行面对面问卷调查，通过χ~2检验和t检验分析酒精滥用的影响因素。结果 705名在册吸毒人员中，39.4%有酒精依赖问题，14.3%有可疑酒精依赖问题。影响吸毒人员酒精依赖的主要因素有性别、民族及所用毒品种类。使用阿片类毒品、景颇族、男性是酒精依赖的影响因素。结论 云南省瑞丽市勐卯街道的吸毒人员普遍存在酒精滥用问题，尤以吸食阿片类毒品的景颇族男性酒精依赖更为严重。因此，建议针对瑞丽市勐卯街道吸毒人群，尤其是高危人群，实施有针对性的酒精滥用干预措施，以减少酒精滥用行为的发生，促进吸毒人员更好地回归社会，融入家庭。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence of alcohol dependence and its determinants among drug users under community supervision in Yunnan Province, ethnic minority border areas in Southwest China so as to inform the development of targeted interventions for alcohol dependence among drug users. Methods A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among the registered drug users in Ruili,Yunnan province,using the Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test. Chi-square test and t test were used to analyze the determinants of alcohol dependence. Results Among the 705 registered drug users,39. 4% were found to be alcohol dependent and another 14. 3% were suspected alcohol dependence.The main determinants of alcohol dependence were sex,ethnicity and type of drugs used. Using opioids,Jingpo ethnicity and male were identified as risk factors of alcohol dependence. Conclusion Alcohol dependence is highly prevalent in drug users in border minority areas of Yunnan province,especially in males,opioids user,and Jingpo ethnic group.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out alcohol dependence intervention among the drug users in Ruili,especially among the key groups,to curb the development of alcohol abuse,to facilitate their successful reintegration into society and family.更多还原
